Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

For personalized items, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after 24 hours from placement. Design modifications may be possible - please contact us at ask@craftedcarry.com. Additional fees may apply for order modifications and re-production.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on products that:

All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless faulty)
  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items purchased during final sale events

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at ask@craftedcarry.com to initiate your return
  2. You will receive return instructions and shipping address
  3. Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item
  4. We'll email you about the status of your refund
  5. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method

Important: The return shipping address is different from our workshop address. Please wait for proper return instructions before sending any items back.
